Up's & Downs

Wotz going on peepz,
so I've just finished the main section of my album this week, which I am very happy with so far.

I been going to a lot of open mic nights this week, I went to two the same night, one in west London and the other in south-east London last Friday , and have gone to a open mic nights almost every night , one in Nottingham , Leeds and Sheffield, oh I did have a interview/session on upfront FM on Sunday which was kool, I was not there that long so I hope to get to go back for longer next time, sorry about that, and thanks for having me guys.

I must say that I have been feeling quite depressed though, not too sure what the main reason is, maybe that’s because it’s a few different things that’s been on my mind, I ain't had the chance to see my brother in prison in so long it’s unreal, this music thing is so time consuming, but I don’t wanna make excuses I must try to go see him who soon, I miss my little bro L, I also got a call from a friend of mind who’s cousin got court up in some knife crime shit and is in hospital, what the fuck is going on? This shit has got to stop I swear, too much too often and nuff craziness, if I had a teenage kid I would send them to live somewhere outside the UK that’s for sure. These days should be the best times of my life right now has I am doing so well with this music thing and its getting better and better in so many different areas but to be honest , I feel life in the outside world is just so depressing right now, and I can’t help but feel a bit lost.
On a lighter note my former single (titled On Da Road) has had just gone over 20,000 downloads so I well pleased about that, so I would like to think everybody who has download it, much love and respect to ya, and to those who have not downloaded it yet, WHY NOT? lol, it’s now a free download from my MySpace page, so go get dat!! And once again I am both delighted and very grateful for everybody who has gone and downloaded it, I'm overwhelmed by how much people like the song and could never have expected the reception it has been getting, here on the internet and on the underground radio scene. THANK YOU.

See ya soon,

Budgie
